Many technological processes and the operation of electronic equipment depend on the indoor microclimate. It is important not only to create the optimal temperature and provide ventilation, but also the specified humidity.
Air conditioning systems for industrial premises
As a rule, air conditioning, ventilation and heating are simultaneously functioning in production facilities. However, sometimes only an air conditioner is enough to create the specified air parameters all year round.
The most convenient and economical air conditioning system for industrial premises are autonomous aggregate systems. They consume less resources and are easy to maintain. Modules are selected for the required conditions.
The air conditioning system of industrial premises is located inside the premises, and a block for heat removal is installed outside.
In some cases, it is necessary to take heated air directly from the equipment. Then the intake air ducts are mounted under the ceiling, and the supply air ducts, which supply cold air, are in the floor.
Air conditioning systems for office premises
There are many options for air conditioning office premises:
- Wall split system (for rooms up to 70 sq. meters). Takes up little space, is inexpensive, installs quickly, and does an excellent job of functions. But it can serve only one room;
- Cassette split system (for rooms up to 150 sq. meters). Invisible indoors, creates a comfortable air movement from top to bottom without drafts. Installed only above false ceilings;
- Channel system... Good for air conditioning in large areas, several rooms. Provides air flow from the street. But it is necessary to stretch the air ducts;
- Multisplit... Up to nine internal different types are connected to one external unit. It consumes less electricity than several splits. But it is difficult to calculate and install;
- Multi-zone system indoor air conditioning is ideal for a large number of rooms or one huge hall.
Server room air conditioning systems
The accuracy of maintaining the temperature in the server room is 2 degrees Celsius, the accuracy of maintaining the humidity is 1%. The large heat gain from the equipment complicates the task. And the danger of a shutdown forces you to install a backup room air conditioning system. To service the server rooms, precision air conditioners are installed, the operation of which is controlled remotely. When a fire alarm is triggered, the air conditioning system of the production premises is turned off. Ventilation and filtered air from the street are provided all year round. It is warmed up in winter.
